Should there be a Black History Month?

Should there be a Black History Month?  That question comes up every February.  This year, Youth Radio asked teens what they think.  "The only thing I've seen about Black History Month is 'on-demand.'  If you go to HBO there's a Black History Month category and all they have in there is Chris Rock specials and the Beyónce movie.
