Bakersfield Residents Seek Police Reforms at City Council Meeting

Residents of Bakersfield expressed outrage to city leaders after after a teen girl said she was beaten by officers and attacked by a police dog. The case has led many residents to call for the city to install body cameras on officers to increase accountability. "We are fearful of the servants that took a pledge to protect us.
