Volunteer-staffed clinic serves Coachella's uninsured

Coachella Valley Volunteers in Medicine (CVVIM), established in the fall of 2010, has become a state-of-the-art facility, staffed entirely by volunteers and serving the most vulnerable in the community – those without health insurance.  With the Affordable Care Act now expanding coverage and requiring citizens to enroll, how will the clinic adapt?  “No matter what, there will always be a need.
