New Sears Tower owner plans to seek community input for development

The new owner of the Sears Roebuck Mail Order has big plans for the historical landmark.  Los Angeles developer Izek Shomof promises to work with the community to restore the iconic building while keeping its original aesthetic intact.  This Saturday, a forum will give community members an opportunity to voice their input.
