Health reform looming, clinics and patients brace for overcrowding

People who get medical services through community clinics are used to long waits, but lines are expected to get even longer as Obama's health reform law covers millions more under public insurance.  Health professionals working in South Kern County clinics view this as a problem inherent in the U.S. healthcare system, one that the Affordable Care Act might help to alleviate with its promised focus on preventive care.  “We have a system of care in this country that is based on sickness and not on wellness.
