Community hero: Corey Mason, a teacher who changed my life

El Cerrito High School student Monet Boyd profiles the teacher who has inspired her the most.  Mr. Mason teaches Spanish at El Cerrito, but he is an educator in the larger sense, mentoring students in music and radio, and dispersing stories from an adventurous life.  Find out more about Mr. Mason in Boyd's profile on Richmond Pulse.  “Richmond is soulful, hopeful, hardworking, and has willing citizens… and that is why I love Richmond,” says Mr. Mason. “Teaching is my social work.”
