Thirteen and suicidal

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reveals that the number of attempted suicides among teenagers increased from 6.3 percent in 2009 to 7.8 percent in 2011.  A youth writer recalls her own hard depression in high school, and the desire to escape from becoming a statistic of teen suicide.
