‘Richmond Vota!’ Implores, Empowers Youth to Vote

With the midterm elections quickly approaching, many groups are advocating for more teens and young adults to exercise their right to vote. In Richmond, the non-profit Citizens Power Network recently held an event to inform youth about the importance of voting. “The point of a democracy is that the people have the power to decide what happens and there isn’t a point to it if people don’t want to vote.” Read more at Richmond Pulse.
