Youth unsure if mayor of color will bring change to Long Beach

A city with a “minority” majority - over 41 percent Latino, Long Beach has not had a non-white mayor since the 1980s. But come June 3rd, that will change, when either an African-American candidate or a Latino candidate will be elected the new mayor.  Will either one bring the change they promise to Long Beach? "No one can tell how either candidate will run the city until one of them begins their tenure in office, but it will be from a different and new perspective from that of previous mayors." Young people offer their perspective, on Voicewaves.
