Richmond residents still feeling Chevron fire

Federal investigators have determined that neglect by Chevron led directly to the fire and explosion last August. A reported 15,000 residents sought hospital treatment due to the incident. Richmond Pulse interviewed residents who testified at a public meeting to review the causes of the fire.
