The Obama Administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) expands financial aid opportunities for undocumented students, news that sparked optimism in some Coachella Valley residents.  But DACA beneficiaries still don't qualify for federal assistance, and face other financial obstacles related to being an outsider group.  Pathways to Success, a Coachella Valley scholarship program, helps local students figure out a way to stay in college.
