Richmond High Holds Fundraiser Screening of Film About Slain Former Student

Richmond High student Cecilia Rios was killed in 1994 at the age of 15. A  2017 film about her, “Love, Cecy,” was screened at her former school for the first time Friday. Read more at Richmond Pulse.
