County Allocates $2m for Parks, Prioritizing ‘Building Healthy, Safe, Forward-Thinking’ Communities Through General Plan

With a new grant for improved parks and other public spaces, Kern County is tackling an ambitious goal of adopting new changes that residents have been pushing for.
