Richmond’s RYSE Center celebrates Latino heritage

There were weekly meetings for African American and LTBTQ members, young women and young men at the Richmond's RYSE youth center. In September, the center celebrated a new group formed for its Latino members with a festival honoring the food, music and culture of Richmond's Latino community.
