WALKSacramento aims to improve neighborhood streets

Broken streetlights, speeding cars and sparse crosswalks have made it hard for people to walk and bike in south Sacramento. Members of WALKSacramento teamed up with residents at the Fruitridge Manor Neighborhood Association to walk the streets on a day in September to raise awareness about pedestrian and bicycle safety.
