Paving the way under mobile homes

Being surrounded by dirt roads can inconvenience the residents of East Valley mobile home communities, collectively known as the Polanco Parks, but they also pose health risks. Residents there are looking forward to living on firmer ground, as the project to pave roads for more than 400 mobile home residents is underway.  "The families... can go out for a walk without worrying that a car is going to pass by and then there’s going to be dust fumigating them."
