Barring state funding, UC Regents plan to increase tuition over next five years

University of California Regents plan to increase tuition for UC schools over the next five years if the system received no additional funding from the state. The plan was approved despite student protests and opposition from California Governor Jerry Brown.  Johnny Flores has the report for Coachella Unincorporated.
