Building resilience: Q&A with Dr. Tony Iton

Health advocate and physician Tony Iton is the Senior Vice President of The California Endowment. When he visited Merced, youth reporters spoke with Dr. Iton about how his upbringing influenced his perspective, why TCE pays particular attention to youth, and about seeing the results he envisioned from investing in young men of color. "There is not a revolution in the history of the world that I am aware of that has been led by old people... While we’re more established and more boring in our lives, we recognize that real change happens when there is disruption and when things are shaken up. Young people shake things up." Read the whole interview on We'Ced.iton
