Say no to obesity: a discussion led by Boyle Heights Beat

At a community health forum, residents came out to share their views of the causes of obesity in their families.  It's not easy enough to get fresh produce, they said. Cost and lack of time were also factors. "I think depending on how much work you have, it's easier and faster to get McDonald's or a pizza. And it's hard to change our habits." Hear community members share their stories, and see highlights of the forum, which was hosted by Boyle Heights Beat.[youtube=http://youtu.be/q47TP8iwLHU]
