As Obamacare deadline approaches, South Kern residents review their healthcare status

With the March 31st deadline to sign up for a health plans under the Affordable Care Act less than a week away, those who are still uninsured are headed for a fines of up to one percent of their annual income.  Are people in South Kern responding to the call to get covered?  “I don’t qualify for Obamacare because I’m undocumented, but it’d be great if these benefits were extended to us.
