Who is 'My Brother's Keeper'?

Obama's speech about My Brother’s Keeper, an federal initiative to address the biggest setbacks for boys and young men of color, resonated with youth of color.  "There are some Americans who, in the aggregate, are consistently doing worse in our society; groups that have had the odds stacked against them in unique ways.  By almost every measure, the group that is facing some of the most severe challenges in the 21st century, in this country, are boys and young men of color."   This video features voices of young African-American men growing up in Oakland, California, who face the hardest of those challenges, on Youth Radio.[youtube=http://youtu.be/D8rSGoTAnSo]
