What teens are eating outside the home

For many hours a day outside of the house - in school and with friends - teen diets are a nutritional fiasco.  They skip breakfast, overeat after school, and default to fast food when they're on their own.  Chantelle Williams discusses her own eating habits with her mothers, and interviews other families to bring out the truth about how teens eat when they leave the house.  Some parents are horrified at what they find out what their kids are eating.  "My breakfast on the daily is a pack of Skittles. I make sure I get one every morning."  Hear conversations with experts, teenagers, and mothers on the Youth Radio Podcast.fries
