Youth left orphaned and homeless by fire, needs community support

Richmond youth Sompong Viengvilai lost his parents and his brother in a house fire on July 5th.  Sompong is active in youth leadership at the local RYSE center, which commented in an open letter:  "With a huge heart and the warmest of spirits, Sompong has always brought his full self to everything he does and in his time of greatest need RYSE intend to return this back to him ten-fold.”  The story about Sompong is on Richmond Pulse.
