Boyle Heights residents disagree on medical marijuana

In February, The California Supreme Court heard its first case regarding a city’s right to ban marijuana dispensaries. A decision is expected sometime in May, the same month that Los Angeles voters will weigh in on three competing medical marijuana ballot measures.
