Photo contest takes aim at "A Mother's Love"

Boyle Heights Beat has launched “Capture It,” a community photo contest and just a chance to share photos publicly through the Beat and social media.  April’s photo theme is “A Mother’s Love.”  Can photos translate what a mother’s love means to you or what you love most about your mother?  A family portrait, your mother’s best dish, or just her smile -- all creative photographic expressions of mother love will be considered. Make sure to use the hashtag #BoyleHeightsBeat when sharing though Instagram or Twitter, and tag us if using Facebook.  Contest details and more, on Boyle Heights Beat.
