Seeing the positive in being a teen mom

Richmond High  School offers a yearlong Adolescent Parenting Program (APP) for teen mothers; and every year, a new wave of young moms attends the program.  Richmond Pulse's Tania Pulido was warned by her mother against following in the footsteps of her high school friends, and taught to shun teenage pregnancy.
