Gang injunctions increase in Long Beach

Long Beach has been enforcing injunctions, court-issued restraining orders against gangs or groups of named persons, since 1992, but recent years have seen an aggressive uptick in enforcement.  Many agree the injunctions, which bypass due process, disproportionately affect youth.  Read more on Voicewaves.
