Civic education of youth - both inside and outside school - leads to voting

The Educational Testing Service conducted  a study showing 39 percent of high school dropouts do not vote in the next presidential election.  Youth Radio visited two SF Bay Area schools to find out how civic education might impact young people's political engagement, especially in an election year.[youtube=http://youtu.be/PSnq76triRY]
