Filling the skills gap between youth of color and corporate America

Particularly for youth of color, bridging the gaps between training, internships, and jobs can be daunting.  A program called Year Up fills a niche in the skills gap by training low income 18-25 year olds in 9 cities across the U.S. to work in corporate America.  In a radio segment for Marketplace, Youth Radio reports.
