Homelessness close to home

According to a national survey taken by the California Homeless Youth Project, about 1.6 – 2.1 million youths from the ages of 12 to 24 are predicted to become homeless within the next year.  In Merced, some counts have homeless numbers doubling since 2010.  A youth reporter urges us to reflect on the homeless in our midst, from Tent City to shelters, on We'Ced.
