Voices of the Dream Act: Part 3

Because they are not recognized U.S. citizens, the young voices in this unique series are not photographed. Blanca Perez, now 19, moved with her family from Jalisco, Mexico, when she was 8 years-old.  Since then, she's become a young community activist, volunteering at hospitals, elderly homes, and food banks. Now Blanca is off to college. Read her personal story on South Kern Sol.
