Laotian Seniors In Richmond Tackle Barriers To Health Care

Over the past year, Torm Nompraseurt has seen many Laotian community traditions disrupted because of quarantine. Fortunately, he’s been able to create a sense of togetherness by sharing information about the coronavirus with his community.“People don’t know what to do because they want to talk to each other, they want to connect with each other.
