Town Hall Begins Reimagining Of Policing

During months of protests after George Floyd’s death, Richmond, California residents pushed for police to focus more on crime, and to let other professionals handle calls involving mental health and homelessness. During a town hall meeting in August, these desires were finally heard. “What this is about tonight is listening to people.
