Dream or Nightmare? Immigration Lawyer on Challenges Still Facing DACA

All the back and forth on the DACA program for young adults has people wondering: Can Trump do that?? YR Media asked an immigration lawyer to explain the options for undocumented young adults eligible for DACA. “We all understand how risky it is to file anything with immigration, especially if you’re undocumented.” Despite a recent Supreme Court ruling upholding DACA, the Trump administration is limiting new applications and restricting the length of renewals.
