Then came the coronavirus pandemic, and she got the news that her soon-to-be landlord was backing out. “For a good like two or three weeks of my life, I didn’t know where I was gonna live. I didn’t know where I was gonna end up,” said Straight. DACA student Yanet Amado is also struggling, trying to get aid.
