New California Executive Order Allocates $1.4 Billion To Address Homelessness

In January, California Governor Gavin Newsom issued an executive order promising to redirect public funding and land towards creating more solutions for California’s growing homeless population. While the bill had many supporters, others criticized it: “You can’t just throw money at homelessness and expect that you’re going to achieve the result that you’re hoping to achieve.” Access Local TV reports.
