Voter’s Choice Act And Its Effect

The California Voter’s Choice Act changed voting in California exponentially during the midterm elections. The California Voter’s Choice Act (VCA) allowed voters to have more options for how, when and where they voted. This program was tested in five counties in California including Sacramento.
