My Parents’ Love Survived the Desert, But Now It’s Fading Away

For one Bay Area teen’s family, the financial and social strains of raising a family while undocumented proved too much for their marriage. However, this teen is remaining positive about the future of their family, and believes this challenge is just like the ones they faced when crossing the desert to start a new life in the U.S. “Just like the desert, the U.S. has tested them and just like the desert, this tribulation will bring them closer.” Read more at Richmond Pulse.
