CSUS Students Learn How to be a Better Ally

California State University, Sacramento recently held a workshop called “How to be a Better Ally,” in which students discussed how to support transgender individuals and the transgender community as a whole. The workshop provided a non-judgemental, open space for students to ask questions, tell personal stories, and learn. “It is clear that universities need to do more for the transgender community, workshops like this one are definitely a step in the right direction.” Read more at Access Local TV.flag
