‘Migrant Stories’ Documentary Can Teach Teens About Immigrant Struggle

After hearing the Trump administration’s uncertain stances on immigration policies, a group of Bakersfield lawyers produced “American Migrant Stories,” a documentary about the struggles of immigrant families seeking better lives. Among other things, the film reinforces the fact that political activism in the Trump era is more important than ever. “It should awaken all of us and remind us that we need to work toward justice for everyone.” Read more at South Kern Sol.
