Cancer patient recounts how Obamacare saved his life

Enrique Sanchez was unemployed and in incredible pain when he was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2015. Sanchez found hope when he learned the Affordable Care Act meant he qualified for Medi-Cal, so he could afford to fight to survive the diagnosis. “He worries what will happen to him and other cancer patients if the ACA is repealed, as President-elect Trump has threatened to do.” Read more at South Kern Sol.
