Don’t revoke DACA, give ‘Dreamers’ a chance

A classmate’s deportation a few days before high school graduation ruined what should have been a day of pride for Leydy Rangel’s eastern Coachella Valley community. Rangel said President Barack Obama’s Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, program gave a lot of hope that children may stay in the country where they were raised, versus the ones they left at young ages.
