Candidates need to start taking South Kern more seriously

Candidates vying for posts on school boards, water districts, park commissions and the judicial bench filled the panel at a candidate forum held by the Dolores Huerta Foundation (DHF) at the David Head Center in the community of Lamont, south of Bakersfield.
