Looking back on foster care

Andre Taylor was an infant when he was taken from his mother and placed into the foster care system.  He persevered and thrived, and has earned a college degree from UC Santa Barbara, despite going through a time with a horribly abusive foster family and having an unrelenting fear of being unwanted.
