Open carry laws are harmful in school settings

Guns don’t belong in classrooms. That’s the conclusion reached by Merced teen Victor Seguin, who wonders why some schools and communities, like the Kern County High School District, are allowing guns on school grounds. “There is already too much gun violence in our country and in my own community, where shootings are an all too common occurrence.” Read more at We’Ced.
