New guidelines for kids eating sugar

Sugar sneaks its way into kids’ diets, and not just through candy and soda. It is also found in foods like corn dogs and cheeseburgers. The American Heart Association recently issued its first warning to families about the risks of diets high in sugar. “We all consume extra added sugar without realizing it.” Read the story at Access Sacramento.
