Remembering the silent ones: domestic violence changes a family

The violent death of a family member changes everything, from how we view the world to how we feel about our relationships. Youth reporter Aaliyah Lannerd writes about how the death of her aunt, who was killed by her boyfriend, impacted her family. “It took a while to come to terms with her death, but now we continue to keep her spirit alive by honoring her and talking openly about domestic violence.” Read the story at We’Ced.
