Gang members indicted in 2014 public housing firebomb attack

This month federal prosecutors charged seven Latino gang members for the 2014 firebombing of the homes of black residents of Ramona Gardens, the largest public housing project in Los Angeles. One week before the attack, Boyle Heights Beat student writer Melissa Martinez reported that African American families were finally moving back to Ramona Gardens after decades of racial tensions.
