Filmmakers gather for 'A Place Called Sacramento'

Volunteers of all skill levels are encouraged to attend the cast and crew open call for "A Place Called Sacramento," the region’s first all-local film festival celebrating filmmakers. The festival has been an entry point for youth who have never worked on a movie before.
