Fast food scramble: Stories about teens and their dinner

In a new series, Fast Food Scramble, Youth Radio reporters partnered with NPR to capture stories about today’s fast food market — everything from companies using emojis to help sell tacos to teens, to the disappearing $5 meal, to seventh graders' fundraising for their school by selling meals online. "Not so long ago, takeout meant cheap, quick, greasy meals. But today, younger consumers say they want a different kind of fast food — fresh, healthy and, if possible, connected to community." Check out the series, from Youth Radio.food
